Just outside Berlin, we operate a logistics center with three frozen, refrigerated, and dry storage facilities, offering a total storage capacity of just under 15,000 pallet spaces. This location, in an industrial area directly on the Berliner Ring, ensures quick access to the highways and BER Airport.

Our customers include well-known European food manufacturers and discount retailers, to whom we can offer a decisive price-performance advantage through the continuous optimization of all processes.

Our interdisciplinary quality management system controls quality at all times and in all areas, from seeds to cultivation, production and logistics. Nothing is left to chance.

We guarantee quality assurance in the form of:

• Regular supplier audits
• Presence of our employees at key harvests and productions on site
• Assignment of unique batches and lot information for 100% traceability

We develop the products of tomorrow creatively and visionarily for you or together with you today. The R&D department of the KOCH Group is constantly monitoring international trends in the food market and uses them to develop new or refined foods that meet the demands of the industry.

We play a leading role in supporting producers from cultivation through to final production. This enables us to control the process in a targeted and infinitely variable manner and thus tailor the cultivation and processing methods directly to the wishes of our customers.

Our product solutions include, among other things:

• Individual product features: Cutting pattern, calibration
• Individual processing stages: blanching, marinating, fermenting, oven-drying, grilling, cooking
• Individual mixing ratios

Our procurement focus is on Italy, Spain, France, India, Egypt, Peru, Turkey, Bulgaria, Vietnam, Thailand & the Philippines. We offer our customers a wide range of different frozen and fresh products of the best quality, thanks to contract farming and our production partners’ own cultivation areas.

Our international procurement network comprises only carefully selected, high-performance partners, many of whom have product exclusivity for supplying Europe. Our producers are BRC, IFS, ISO 9001, HACCP and HALAL certified in accordance with the quality requirements of our customers.
